My new solo exhibition 'Kynö'  in a small intimate museum of Estonian island
Kihnu is up now! I have worked on the tiny island from time to time for couple of years and the exhibition is one of the results of that work. Please take time to get there, the island is worth it.  

Alexander Smith, USA's NBC News reporter, visited Latvian town Rezekne lately to do a story in the Baltics. I was assigned to illustrate the story and the full content is live on NBC News here.

I am so excited to be one of the shortlisted photographers for
THE TAYLOR WESSING PORTRAIT PRIZE 2014! Participating in the award ceremony and the opening of the exhibition in London in November. BBC, The Independent, The Telegraph, Daily Mail, The Guardian among others also published the news.
Lithuanians launched a new magazine called N WIND and I am happy to have my photo on the cover and the project 'Estonian Documents' featured inside.
Some time ago I was commissioned by the New York based music magazine The Fader to portray producer Inga Copeland for the print issue. See the June/July 2014 issue of The Fader or here.
For the second year in a row - I was selected as the 1st Prize winner in Estonian Pictures of the Year contest in Portraits category! My warmest thanks to all the twins whom I was happy to portray in the book project and to the publisher Hea Lugu.
Good news! The photobook of twins and triplets was selected among the 25 Best Designed Books in 2013! Thanks to the designer Marje Eelma and all the lovely people who helped the book to come true!
Winning books will travel to Leipzig and Frankfurt in Germany, and Gothenburg, Sweden.

Series 'By the Lake' was chosen into the group exhibition of Estonian photographic art 1992-2013 in Tartu Art House. Curated by Anneli Porri, the exhibition offer a perspective on Estonian contemporary photographic art, focusing on space and the perception of environment. More information here.

I will be giving lectures at the Estonian Academy of Arts, Open Academy, until the end of May 2013.
Selected works of ISSP 2012 are featured in today's GUP Magazine (NL). My exhibition images from the series 'Cosmogony' is included to the portfolio.
I am selected as a Spectrum Emerging Talent, that is a new initiative of The Sunday Times Magazine's photo editors! My ongoing series 'Estonian Documents' is featured in The Sunday Times Magazine's Beyond Spectrum.
There will be an expanded screening of THE FENCE photo exhibition today in Photoville in Brooklyn, New York. My series 'By The Lake' is included.

I am really happy to say, that I am one of the selected photographers in PDN Photo Annual 2011, USA. PDN Magazine will publish my image of twins representing the series 'By The Lake' in special edition of Photo Annual 2011 in June. All the winning entries of the contest are seen here.
